Mehbooba appeals GOI to force ceasefire in Kashmir during Ramadan

Srinagar (KN18):: Mehbooba today in a press conference appealed Goverment of India to implement ceasefire in valley.
She said that while Ramadan is approaching people pray day & night and go to mosques. I would like to appeal Government of India that just like there was a ceasefire during Ramadan last year same should be repeated.
She further said that crackdowns, search operation should be also stopped during Ramadan so that people of J&K can have some relief during this one month.
Mehbooba Mufti also appealed to the militants that Ramadan is a month of worship & prayers. They should not make any attacks during this time.(KN18)
